The moment you walk into this open living, dining, and kitchen space, your stress will begin to melt away. The full size commercial elevator from the carport makes unloading a cinch as there is no need to climb any stairs. Once you are settled be sure to take a stroll from the deck around the pool and out the private gated beach access with built in benches for an amazing view. 

The comfortable living area has plenty of seating for watching the 65" flat smart screen television with sound bar and blu-ray. The large sofa also doubles as a Queen Sleeper for the little ones. There is a large dining table and comfortable bar stools for your family and friends to gather for a meal or snack.

The exquisite oceanfront master suite is a dream with its sweeping ocean views and deck access to watch the sunrise. It hosts a new kind bed, trey ceiling with ambient lighting, sitting area, and 55" flat screen television. The luxury master bath features double sinks, whirlpool tub and large tile shower.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both feature new king beds, 50" mounted flat smart screen televisions, charging stations, new remote ceiling fans and street side balconies.

There are two full bathrooms withh all new lighting and ceramic tile flooring. One bath includes double sinks and a shower/bath combo while the other boasts a new vanity and tile shower.

You will love the large open deck with all new Polywood furnishings including a high-top table and chairs to admire the spectacular ocean views.  Enjoy the two poolside tables with plenty of seating to allow for maximum comfort while soaking up the sun. The sparkling pool area is only steps away which makes an evening swim or cookout a breeze.

This vacation home has it all including elevator, pool and gated private beach access with built-in oceanfront seating!! Our family loved this house. It was clean and comfortable and all 3 floors had decks overlooking the ocean. The pool was well maintained with plenty of chairs/outdoor tables around it. The realtor took great care of us, anything we called about they responded immediately. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We would definitely stay at this house again, and would gladly return to Carolina Beach. We actually only got to stay 2 days because of hurricane. We enjoyed it so much wish we could have stayed longer. Glad no damage we are going again this year again in September hoping for better weather but will take all we can get. The place was beautiful. Loved every minUte we were there.

First and foremost the unit was impeccably clean and neat! Beautiful dcor and well designed. No plain jane unit here. Some one had taste, and great decorating skills. Elevator, priceless! Made unloading groceries, luggage etc. so easy. With an 84 yr. old parent it was a life saver also. All king beds were incredibly comfortable. So many little thoughtful touches and items provided in this unit. Not to mention all the toys and beach related items there for your use. Just a heads up that you can expect typical apt. type noises from upstairs neighbors in this unit. If I could have given it 10 stars, I would have. Our family will be back again next year!

Condition/contents of the house were beyond what we expected! Very nice. Well stocked. Extremely clean. No problems with any appliances. Only suggestion: we ran out of forks often. Very, very small inconvenience - we just bought plastic ones. No big deal. Really hated to leave!
