Brand new king size master bedroom furniture and high end hotel quality mattresses on all three beds.  New this year, luxury vinyl flooring throughout entire home, new washer/dryer. 

Spare bedroom features queen bed and twin bed. Sleeps 7 comfortably with pull out sofa bed. It's the small details like granite counter tops, Kuerig coffeemaker, i Home blue tooth speaker, 3 flat screen TVs (50" in living room, 40" in master, with Spectrum Select Cable TV), outdoor closet for storing beach supplies, and personal touches that make this your perfect beach getaway. 

Situated on a quiet one way street perfect for strolling or biking to boardwalk attractions, marina and Lake for walks, jogging, and activities. You will love the newly constructed extra wide private walkway to the beach. 4 Community Charcoal Grills...3' Salt Water Splash Pool

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Non-smoking, security deposit applies, no elevator ... Saturday to Saturday during summer... Comforters & Pillows included... Linens, towels, paper & plastic products not provided, can be rented through VBV. Dog friendly with payment of a non-refundable charge, subject to restrictions. The overall experience with Victory beach was great. Excellent communication and very friendly from start to finish. Our specific unit 1B at Sands IV Summerlovin was great and wonderful location. I would say that the owner does need to update the couch in unit so that people have a more comfortable lounge area. We loved our vacation and our stay. Thank you

Victory Beach Vacations was wonderful. Marci and the two maintenance gentlemen are also fantastic. We love waking up every morning to the sunrise over the ocean. Location is perfect with the beach and the lake across the street We will be returning!

I had minimal contact with VBVR, which in my opinion is a good thing :)..Means property maintained very well. When I made the reservation, the person who answered my questions was very nice and helpful, I am sorry I don't remember her name. Easy check in and a wonderful week on the island.

We were recently at Carolina Beach and stayed at the Sands IV. It was great. Very nice condo. Beautifully furnished. Great beds. They were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. We will definitely use Victory Rentals again. The people are so helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a great time and Having a great place to stay helped.
