An impressive stainless kitchen lavishly equipped with high end Bosch Brand Appliances and granite counter tops.  

The dining table comfortably seats eight, with two bar stools tucked under the breakfast bar. The kitchen’s amenities include Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all the dishes, cookware, utensils and gadgets you should need to prepare a feast if deciding to eat-in a few evenings. 

The bedrooms offer the comfort you desire –the Master Suite featuring a king bed and 22” flat screen TV, has a beautifully designed en-suite, and access to a private balcony with both ocean and island views. 

There are 2 remaining bedrooms each furnished with a Queen bed with 24" TV's, and one with an ocean view window.

A custom outdoor counter height bistro placed in the corner of the large spacious deck for you to enjoy those amazing expansive views that only come with a top-level end unit condo without any obstruction. 

Electronically wired and equipped with TV's in all rooms(all TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV), a DVD player in the Living Room and free WIFI access.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

 Sands V is a NO SMOKING property. This means NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises, including decks, stairwells, grill area, or under the building. Subject to $100 fine each occurence.

Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner

Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property  

Unassigned Parking: Each unit is allotted ONLY 1 (ONE) vehicle per unit from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (May 24, 2024 – September 2, 2024). One additonal space available upon request- ask reservationist when booking. Two (2) cars per unit allowed during off season. 

Non-Smoking, No Elevator, No Pets Please, Comforters & Pillows included, Linens, Towels, Paper, Plastic & Soap Products not provided. Security Deposit applies. Washer/Dryer . Rents Saturday to Saturday during summer. Un-Assigned Parking for 1 car during peak season- see above...Parking of golf carts, boats, campers, or trailers is prohibited- These will be towed....Departure Cleaning included. Sleeps up to 8 people, with a maximum of 6 adults.
