There's something for everyone at this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo at the popular Sands IV. Located on the 1st floor within walking distance to boardwalk, marina, shops, restaurants and walking track. Free secured WiFi access. Oceanfront King Bedroom with En Suite and deck access, the 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed plus a twin bed, there is also a Sofa that folds out to a sofa bed for a couple of little ones in the Living Room.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need. 

 

Ideally located within walking distance to the Marina and the Classic Ocean Side Carolina Beach Boardwalk which features a full host of shops, restaurants, and nightlife for visitors of all ages to explore. From sunrise to sunset all through the summer, the Boardwalk is the place to be. Spectacular fireworks, fun family movies, top tapping music – the events are endless!  

Non-smoking, no elevator, NO Smoking on Deck, security deposit applies, Saturday to Saturday during summer, linens, towels, paper & plastic products are not provided, comforters & pillows included, departure cleaning is included. Sleeps up to 7 people, with a maximum of 5 adults.

Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property 

This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anywhere on property including decks!!! 

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I was completely satisfied with the condo. The only thing that I would recommend is for the staff to recommend restaurants to the guests. Most people who come in are from out of town and really don't know much about where the good restaurant spots are.

In the past 8 years we have gone to Carolina Beach every year. This has been the BEST place we have stayed in!!! I do not have any complaints at all. I would definitely like to stay here next year!!!!

The condo was fabulous! It was clean, great location, great view, close to town and we loved the swing and rocking chairs on the balcony! We were thrilled that dogs were accepted. We hope to return next year. Hopefully the pool will be repaired and open next year. Thank you for a great vacation. One week was not long enough!

Enjoyed the overall experience. The only complaint I had was that I couldn't take my dog on the beach. It's a shame that a handful of people who don't clean up after their dogs have to ruin it for everyone.
