Sands IV is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, oceanfront condo nestled between the ocean and Carolina Beach Lake just south of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all of the restaurants, activities and shopping Carolina Beach has to offer.  3' Salt Water Splash Pool. Comfortable living space with a pull out sleep sofa for a couple of little ones, The main bathat has a shower and tub combo.

An oceanfront Main Bedroom furnished with a new pillow topped mattress King Bed, ceiling fan and your own private access to the deck. The covered outfitted with several seating options from lounging to dining allows you to spend time outside no matter the weather from sunrise to sunrise and the fireworks in-between. Double Slider Doors in both Living Room and Master Bedroom allows for those breathtaking views from most anywhere in the condo. Master Bath has an easy step shower.

Due to well-planned sleeping configurations this unit unlike most condos of this size sleeps 7 with the second bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan with private access to the shared hall bath. Take advantage of the entertainment provided with a DVD player, FREE WiFi Access, CD player, VCR, TV with Spectrum Select cable/remote in both bedrooms. 

Updated, fully equipped kitchen to meet all your cooking needs.  Do not miss out, this one has it all! TV, DVD, CD added to the second bedroom.  

Ideally located within walking distance to the Marina and the Classic Ocean Side Carolina Beach Boardwalk which features a full host of shops, restaurants, and nightlife for visitors of all ages to explore. From sunrise to sunset all through the summer, the Boardwalk is the place to be. Spectacular fireworks, fun family movies, top tapping music – the events are endless

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

We really enjoyed out stay at the Sands IV 2B. The condo was well stocked and maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed which was very helpful since we cooked in most of the time. We found the condo to be very comfortable and it is on our list of places to return to in the future. The only negative comment is the stacked parking which requires calling someone to move a car if blocked in (hope they are close by). We were there in mid October so this was not a big problem but a good bit of the parking is sized for compact cars and was very tight for our Subaru Outback.

I was very pleased with Victory. Our original vacation rental had some damage due to the hurricane but Victory quickly reached out and found us another rental at Sands IV so we were still allowed to come and enjoy some relaxation at our favorite beach. The upgrade to Sands IV was fabulous. The condo was really nice & clean & within walking distance to everything. We are already thinking of booking again with Victory for next year. I would highly recommend Victory to all of my friends & family as they provide excellent service for a very enjoyable vacation experience!

We loved it!!! The property was very clean and we especially loved the huge balcony. We will definitely go back. Everything was perfect, the two full baths, the kitchen and everything we needed to eat in was available. Your service was excellent as well and we would definitely recommend you! We also liked the fact that both the dining table inside and the outside table can seat six. Next year, if our daughters come with their boyfriends, there'll be room for everyone to eat outside! Proximity to grocery stores, etc., is also a bonus, especially with the new Publix, which is awesome!

This is our second time staying at the Sands IV 2B. Love that we can bring our doggo with us to enjoy the beach. It was wonderful seeing and hearing the ocean that's just a few steps away. The space is comfortable and very clean. Appreciated the new shower curtains and liners on this return visit. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots/pans, utensils, and tableware. Having stayed at Sands 3 and seacliff over the last nine years{they are just a few houses and condos down from this place}the owners of this condo have really upgraded over the years and we really appreciated it.
