Carolina Surf 406 is a gorgeous top floor oceanfront 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. This fabulous, completely renovated, 3 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom condo features a sky deck, oceanfront pool & elevator. The modern open floor plan gives way to a deck and sky deck with expansive ocean views. The Kitchen features a breakfast bar which overlooks the living space and dining area. Sliding glass doors open to the oceanfront deck which features sensational views of the beach. There is a spiral staircase leading to a skydeck with spectacular views. The oceanfront king master bedroom boasts a private ensuite and a sliding glass door to the deck. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed (new as of January 2024) and half bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom features a Queen bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed (new twin mattresses as of January 2024). This was our first trip to Carolina beach. We were more than happy with our whole experience there. Carolina surf 406 is absolutely beautiful and well equipped! The bed was so comfortable. I can�t say enough good things about this beautiful property! After a bad experience last year at a different beach I was very reluctant to even go to any beach this year. I had a conversation with someone in the office at Victory beach vacations and she assured me the place was as nice as the pictures online. I think her name was Tana I can�t recall exactly her name but she and the staff there was beyond courteous and helpful. They were professional but yet I felt like I knew them.This was an exceptionally clean property!This place was more beautiful than the pictures could show! I highly recommend this property and I highly recommend Victory beach vacations you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you so much I will be back again!!! Carolina beach is a wonderful beach!

Great location! The bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were spotless when we checked-in. The furnishings were comfortable, tasteful, and in great condition. The staff was so nice and helpful. We truly love it here and hope to stay again soon!

It’s a very nice place with great furnishings and a great location near the boardwalk. It was a little weird having to park one of our cars offsite but it worked out okay.

This is such a wonderful place to be! The entire condo is well kept with modern appliances and large flat screen TV's. We arrived at a spotlessly clean and comfortable place to stay. But this is the really good stuff - the views from the balcony and the sky deck are amazing of the beach and beautiful Atlantic Ocean as well as the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. On our last night there were fireworks on the beach at the boardwalk and we had the best seats in the house up on the sky deck. The Carolina Surf Sailfish condo is hands down one of, if not THE best places we have ever vacationed!

Rented Sailfish 406. Excellent property. Spacious. Arrival and departure were easy with good information about procedures. We contacted them twice during our stay and they were quick to respond to address our questions. Property is well maintained fully stocked with items needed for comfort and daily needs. All appliances worked well and were very clean. Very little sound between units. Beds were softer than we would have liked but very comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy beach access. Well lit areas maintained very well. Close to boardwalk and all activities and restaurants and shops. Would have been nice if pool was open but we did not miss it.
