"Here Comes The Sun" is a beautifully appointed, oceanview 5 bedroom duplex with a private pool and elevator in Carolina Beach. Offering parking for 4 vehicles, 2 covered and 2 uncovered spaces. Situated just 3 blocks from the Alabama Avenue beach access. Well maintained with new sofas in the living room & fresh paint throughout for the 2024 season.

Main level - Features an open floor plan, which consists of a living space, kitchen and dining area. There is a queen bed with a full trundle that pulls out (br4) with bathroom with shower (note:this is the only bathroom on the main level). 

2nd Floor -Boasts three nicely furnished bedrooms -The King Master(br2) has a private deck with ocean views and and private bath with shower. The 3rd bedroom features a King bed (br3) and crib (no sheets, blanket or duvet provided for crib), the 4th bedroom features a full over full bunk (br5), both of these bedrooms share a bath with a tub/shower combo.

3rd Floor - Features a spacious King master bedroom(br1) leading to a private deck with oceanview and a large ensuite. 

Fenced in Backyard- Features a private yard with private pool and grilling area (not shared with other side of the duplex, each side has it's own private pool).

We had the best beach week at this property! It was so clean and well stocked with comfortable furnishings, beds, and plenty of space for our big family group. We loved having the beach so close (just a short stroll down the road) AND having the pool in the backyard - the best of both worlds. The location is perfect too, with the beach, restaurants, the boardwalk, and grocery/business area all extremely close. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a lovely property. Everything is within the home that you need. The private pool was just amazing for our family and just a few short blocks to the beach. The home was very clean upon arrival and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed this house quite a bit. Thank you.

Great location to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Elevator was very convenient for bringing up luggage and groceries. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, property was clean. We stayed at Here Comes The Sun in Oct 2021 with our children and grandchildren. The house was immaculate and inviting! The house is a very short walk to the beach (~3 blocks) with public beach access and restrooms! We loved having the option of going to the beach or staying at the house and using the pool. We enjoyed exploring the great restaurants both in Carolina and Kure beach-close proximity to both areas. We will definitely be back!
