Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo/CD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish sink, permanent grille, screen porch, roof deck, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
