Avalon, a pretty, well maintained, privately owned, 2nd row home on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, central heat & air, WIFI, color cable tvs, DVD player, DVR in Living room, stereo/cd player & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch, sundeck, covered porch & Ping Pong table in game room. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
