Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, new microwave, central heat & air, new stove, new refrigerator, 2 color cable TVs, DVD&VCR, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior has been completely modernized with new siding, windows, outside shower and freshly painted; exterior amenities include also a screen porch, roof deck, sun deck, permanent grille & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
