Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home & accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee. No cats and no birds allowed. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
