Interior amenities include connecting doors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, color TVs, streaming, refreshed high speed internet 300 MB WIFI ;central heat & air & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home & accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee. No cats and no birds allowed. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
