Coopers Sunrise, a bright, cavernous privately owned, pet friendly West end ocean front home with spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Interior amenities include connecting doors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, color TVs, streaming, refreshed high speed internet 300 MB WIFI ;central heat & air & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home & accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee. No cats and no birds allowed. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
