Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, roof deck & sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. Nightly units require a departure maid service. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
