Life's a Beach, a gorgeous, bright and clean privately owned 2nd row home on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, roof deck & sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. Nightly units require a departure maid service. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
