Interior amenities include the following: WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, 5 color cable TVs (3 bedroom TVs are Roku and can only be used if you have a Netflix or Hulu account), central heat & ac, washer & dryer, coffee maker & Keurig. Outdoor amenities include outdoor shower, new park style stationary grille, screened porch, dock and sun deck, This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional fee. LINENS PROVIDED FOR 2023 (WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY). HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
