Interior amenities include connecting doors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, WIFI, 2 color TVs, Streaming; refreshed high speed internet 300 MB WIFI ; DVD player, cd player, coffee maker, central heat & air & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish sink, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING HOME*** & will be ***PET FRIENDLY***2 Dogs ONLY for an additional fee.
