Sea-Renity, a privately owned home which is an handsome 3rd row home located on Canal Drive with striking vistas of the canal from upstairs. Interior amenities are WIFI, central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, 2 color cable TVs = 1/55" downstairs and 1/42 ' upstairs & DVD player. Outside amenities include porch and sundeck with rockers, recliners, chairs, covered porch & outdoor shower. This is stringently a *** NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home.
