Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, WIFI, ceiling fans & huge connecting doors in living room. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. **Nightly units must pay for a departure clean**
Pelican Play East is available for long term rental Jan, Feb, April. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
