Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 4K intelligent TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player, 500 MB WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch, roof deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. ***2 NIGHT MIN at $150 per nighttime*** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.
