Happy Ours, a handsome, well maintained, privately owned, mid island, 8th row home which is located on the West end of the Island. Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 TVs (will need Hulu/Netflix subscription to watch), 2 DVD player, stereo/cd player, 3 IPOD Docking Stations, 5-G WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch, roof deck, sun dock & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. ***NIGHTLY RENTALS MUST PAY FOR DEPARTURE CLEAN*** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.
