Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, color cable TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower & sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs for an additional FEE. ***4 nighttime minimum at $200 per nighttime during the low season*** $200 per nighttime in low season - 4 min nighttime ****ONLY****Nightly units require a departure maid service. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING...THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE WATER ACCESS (NO DOCK)
