Our Sea-Est-A, a gorgeous, pristine, well kept and privately owned upper right hand unit, located 16 rows back from the ocean on the west end of the island with a short walk to the beach. Interior amenities include WIFI, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, DVD, stereo/cd player & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.
