This gorgeous freshly refreshed family-friendly condo awaits in Islander Villas. This spectacular 4 BR/4 full BA top floor property is located in the peaceful and beautiful West end of Ocean Isle Beach(OIB), NC.

This roomy 3rd floor unit offers spectacular expansive ocean and sunset vistas, and residing on the top floor eliminates the noise of foot steps from anyone staying above. An elevator accepts for convenient accessibility.

The comfortable living room has a roomy sectional, wicker chairs, and a new 50" intelligent HDTV with cable. The sizable dining table comfortably seats 6, with 5 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is entirely equipped to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch or dinner including cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware. The unit also has a new energy efficient washer and dryer and wireless internet.

All 4 BR's each have a full bathroom, a flat screen TV with cable (master/BR 2 with intelligent TV's), a ceiling fan, and new cozy beds and linens. The master BR features a king bed, private bath with 2 sinks and tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. BR 2 has a queen bed and private bath with a tub/shower. BR's 3 and 4 each have a queen bed and a full bed and private baths with shower. Please note: You can bring your own linens and towels or rent them from one of multiple local companies. We can provide contact information upon request.

The condo also includes membership to the ocean front Isles Beach Club. This facility includes a pool with enormous deck space and lounge chairs, a hot tub, kiddie pool, and bathrooms. The Isles Restaurant adjacent to the pool serves lunch and dinner, with the outdoor Tiki Bar offering lighter fare and drinks. Outdoor tennis courts are also available at Islander Villas at no cost.

This year, in addition to weekly departure cleaning, our condo will also be disinfected from top to bottom after each guest by Natural Sanitizing Solutions, a company located in Wilmington, NC. The process they use properly sanitizes all hard and soft surfaces including couches, chairs, pillows, bedspreads, and beds. They use a hospital-grade disinfectant that is 80 - 100 times more effective than bleach with none of the chemical side effects. It is non-toxic and environmentally safe and kills Covid-19 as well as other viruses and pathogens.

OIB is one of the most striking East Coast islands located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC (each approx. a 35-40 min. drive). From this beautiful top floor Islander Villas condo, it is an painless 3-4 min. walk to lounge at the beach or to relax with a drink by the pool at the Isles Beach Club. The island also offers mini golf, a coastal museum, wave runner units, fishing off the pier, beach stores and numerous eateries. Many more activities, stores, and nice eateries exist just off the island including 36 championship golf courses within a very short driving distance for the golf enthusiasts.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near the beach.
