A Shore Place was named the winner of HGTV's 2024 BATTLE ON THE BEACH Renovation TV Show, which took place on OAK Island this year. Former guests will not recognize the 100% professionally "Hamptons'-style" modernized home, both inside and out.

The king bedroom has a wall mounted TV and impressive master bathroom with a gorgeous tile walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. Both queen bedrooms also have wall mounted TVs. The “Castle Bunkroom” offers two constructed in double beds with an adorable castle facade and multiple changing color wall mounted nautical lights to entertain the kids. There in a full-sized hall bathroom with a luxury tiled tub. The half bathroom is a hidden room, will you be able to find it?

The kitchen has been completely refreshed in the latest style with multiple-color stone surfaces, granite island that seats four, all stain-less steel appliances and even a pot filler over the brand- new electric stove with a great view of the ocean. There is a coffee station with a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser and there is a constructed-in dishwasher. The dining room has a enormous table, seating six, with breath taking vistas of the ocean.

Upon entering the living room, your eyes are drawn to the one- of- a-kind seashell fireplace constructed with Oak Island seashells gathered from your beach. Savor the beauty of multiple -colored flames from this electric fireplace. This room also offers two full size couches, sizable flat screen TV and great vistas of the ocean.
