Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living space and kitchen/dining area., seamlessly blending the indoors with the beauty of the outdoors. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds and a intelligent TV. The first bathroom is a tub/shower combo and can be accessed by the hallway. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, intelligent TV, and attached bathroom tub/shower combo. On the first floor you will also find the washer and dryer stack unit.

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom tub/shower combo The fourth bedroom is equipped with a king bed, intelligent TV and attached bathroom with a tub and walk in shower. The fifth bedroom has 2 queen beds, and attached bathroom tub/shower combo. The sixth bedroom has 2 queen beds, with an attached bathroom tub/shower combo.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round, however, there is an optional fee of $150 a day to heat the pool and spa between April 1 and October 31. If you want to heat the pool and spa, it can only be heated for the ENTIRETY of your stay, meaning you can NOT pick and choose certain days you want it heated, it has to be for the entire time you're there. The fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to your check-in day, and NO refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason. Guests are NOT allowed to adjust the temperature or tamper with the pool equipment. Pools are heated to 84 degrees max. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump does and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers. Option for just spa to be heated for $75 per day.

For this home the linens and towels are supplied in the cleaning price! We provide bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To find the best value, try changing your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review.
