Beachin' Times is a great 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom vacation rental in Ocean Isle Beach with ocean vistas, community pool, tennis courts and communal elevator!

This first floor, end unit sleeps 12 and has tons of natural light as well as long range vistas including some of the shining Atlantic Ocean. There is an elevator that can take you up to the first floor where the unit is located.

As you enter the condo and walk into the entryway, there are two bedrooms to the right, one with a King-sized bed and one with two Fulls, each room with their own bathroom. To the left is a sizable master bedroom, also with a King-sized bed, its own full bathroom and right in the room is a minifridge and microwave.

Keep walking down the hall and you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer to the left, and a fourth bedroom to the right with a full bathroom that's also accessible from the hallway. Finally, you will come to the charmingly decorated living room, kitchen, and dining room - all open to one another where your family and friends can gather together after a fun-filled day at the beach or pool. There is a back deck off the living room and kitchen with plenty of seating to relax in the evenings. There is also a storage unit below where you will find beach toys, body boards and beach chairs.

Just mins. away from the white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle, Beachin' Times is a short walk from the oceanfront Islander Resort Beach Club. Passes to the Club are located in the condo which will afford you access to a huge oceanfront pool and outdoor Tiki Bar and Grille. Appreciate tennis on the community courts located directly to the right of this unit.

In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. No kids allowed in elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 28 years old.
