Appreciate a marvelous vacation in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina in this handsome home with all the amenities, including a private swimming pool and elevator. The home has direct, elegant ocean vistas due to the open space across the street. The dredging project of 2022 created roughly 70 yards of beach directly in front of home.

In three bedrooms, two of which have king beds, you can hear and see the ocean. Savor the vistas on the wraparound first floor deck. The "5 O'clock" Adirondack table on the front deck will be your favorite gathering spot to relax and savor the ocean vistas. Beach access is flat and street level and just 20 steps away across a very peaceful road. Kids can appreciate riding bicycles with very little traffic in this part of the island. It's not uncommon to see dolphins from the front decks.

The impressive home features six handsomely decorated bedrooms with 5 full baths. The linens in all the bedrooms was freshly upgraded with high end beds to provide a great nighttime's sleep.

The home sleeps 18 comfortably in its two master suites (king beds in each), five doubles, one queen and 2 twin beds (one bunk bed set). A modern, completely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, over sized refrigerator/freezer, and all the tools and appliances you need when cooking for a crowd. In addition, a wet bar with sink, modest drink refrigerator and a separate huge ice maker to make the ideal beverages. An over sized kitchen island conveniently accommodates 6 bar stools, the huge dining table can seat 10 and the Adirondack table on the front porch has 6 chairs. The bright, cavernous family room has a enormous HD Intelligent TV, games, books and puzzles for friends and family to enjoy. High speed internet with a 1GB download speed is supplied.

In the backyard, a backyard getaway awaits your arrival. The pool measures 12 x 24 with a depth of 5 feet and is surrounded by lounge chairs, stamped concrete and a new Weber grille. For your convenience, a second refrigerator located near the pool area keeps your beverages cold as well as a great place to store additional groceries. There is also a food freezer which accepts you to store groceries or multiple bags of ice. Beach chairs and body boards are included during your stay.

Ocean Isle Beach is a family aligned island which accepts you to escape the hordes and traffic of the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach and just relax. There are no traffic lights on the island. For the golf enthusiasts, there are 6 courses in Ocean Isle and another 40 golf courses within a 15 mile drive. A few close by golf features courses such as Tigers Eye Golf Links, Sea Trail has 4 courses, Panther's Run, The Links at Brinks Landing, The Pearl Golf Courses, Thistle Golf Club, Heather Glenn, and Sandpiper.

Finding the best vacation home experience:

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Wilmington, NC area. Booking your Wilmington, NC vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Wilmington, NC area travel guides which often include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Filter your search:

  • Start by choosing your potential vacation weeks and a maximum budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Gorgeous 6 BR Beach House, Incredible Ocean Views, Heated Pool, Sleeps 18 has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property management company before reserving the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Get details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

More tips for your stay:

  • Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • During check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the property manager. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a excellent vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
