Last season the entire unit was painted. The main living area plus a bedroom & bath have new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors. In addition, we purchased new comfortable family room furnishings. New comforters have been added to the bedrooms. Finally, it was time to purchase a new A/C unit. Hope you appreciate the upgrades to our home away from home.

Our condo is sanitized and disinfected from top to bottom after each guest by Natural Sanitizing Solutions from Wilmington, NC. The process that NSS uses is able to properly sanitize all hard and soft surfaces including couches, chairs, carpets, pillows, bedspreads, or beds. NSS technicians use electrostatic sprayers and Dept. of Defense approved foggers to apply a Hypochlorous acid solution that is non-toxic and environmentally safe while at the same time kills COVID-19 and other viruses and pathogens. It is a hospital-grade disinfectant that is 80 to 100 times more effective than bleach with none of the chemical side effects. Hypochlorous acid is on the EPA approved list to kill COVID-19.

It is attractively decorated with comfortable furnishings and linens and is within short walking distance to the beach, tennis courts, the Islander Beach Club with ocean front pool, and the Isles Restaurant. Conveniences include 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (2 tubs and 2 shower stalls), 9-foot ceilings and LVP & ceramic tile floors throughout, digital cable, wireless Internet, flat screen TV with USB port, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player in the family room, Samsung Wireless Intelligent TV's in each bedroom. The villa also includes a huge dining table with 8 chairs plus breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, entirely equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, wet bar, top of the line appliances including DW, refrigerator and W/D. Central air, ceiling fans, whirlpool tub in master bath, and elevator access. Parking for 4 cars.
