Freshly constructed beach home. Swim in our 87* heated pool, walk to the beach across the street. We have 4 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths. Two decks face the ocean for beautiful vistas with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Outdoor grille & picnic table close to the pool, great for outdoor dining. We have a new elevator for your convenience. High speed WIFI, a flat screen TV in 2 bedrooms & one enormous flat screen in the great room. Outdoor shower located by pool. Outdoor video cameras for security. Fee for Heated pool is $100/day
