Cozy up with your family and friends in this beautiful, freshly modernized second row home on west end of the island, with private beach access across the street and private pool! 4 bedroom, 3 bath, laundry room, ceiling fans, gorgeous outdoor furnishings, additional wine/drink refrigerator in the kitchen. Plenty of space and furnishings to entertain and relax outside. This home is brand new to the rental pool! BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. TOWELS NOT PROVIDED.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
