This beautiful bungalow bungalow home was constructed in 1926 and is located in the alluring neighborhood of Carolina Place in Downtown Wilmington on Wrightsville Avenue. This location accepts you to stay in a historic residential neighborhood with its sidewalks, front porches and mix of older and thoughtfully restored homes.

Within walking distance is the White Front Breakfast House, Port City Java, and a lush neighborhood park. You are roughly one mile from Front and Market Streets and the Cape Fear River where downtown Wilmington eateries and shopping await AND only 7 miles away (approx. 12 mins.) from superb Wrightsville Beach.

Interesting tidbit.....located just two doors down is the home featured on the TV show One Tree Hill where the character played by Chad Michael Murray lived!!

This 2 bedroom - 2 full bath home includes original wood floors throughout, 9-foot ceilings with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room as well as convenient off-street parking for up to two cars....which is VERY rare for the Downtown area.

There is even a portable pet gate available for your use if needed. Note: Please give a sheet or blanket if your pet will cuddle up with you either on the leather couch or on the bed.
