Close by, the ample kitchen features stainless appliances (including a wine cooler), high-end cabinetry, plenty of granite counter space for prepping and a bespoke tile backsplash.

This one-level property is ideal for those not wanting stairs to the three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are furnished with two Double beds each and share a tiled full bath just across the hall.
