Quiet and private but close to everything, this one-floor refreshed home has it all: 2 BRs, 2 Baths - both with roomy showers, Office, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room with direct access to Porch, Generous Eat-in Kitchen, Delightful covered porch, ideal for breakfasts or evening drinks or afternoons spent simply watching the birds splash, Increcredibly calming yard and garden, parking spaces in the driveway and on the street, Laundry in kitchen.

No, this is not an investment "beach home". It is our year-round permanent home attractively located close to downtown, Cameron Museum, UNCW, shopping, airport, etc. and 12 mins. to Wrightsville Beach.

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
