Well equipped kitchen with dining seating for eight plus five at the bar. Outside shower with hot and cold water, screened porch, deck with ocean vistas and rockers. Short walk to beach access. 2017 new owners. Just a block from the beach and only a few feet from the marsh, SUNKISSED 2 is a comfortable beach home with a new owner in 2017 who has added the beach appeal to this home. Sitting on a corner lot with a screened in porch you can hear and feel the breeze from the ocean. Stroll out the home and straight down the street to the beach access and get that Sunkissed look.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.
