Our gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for comfort and style, making it the ideal getaway! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, every detail—from comfortable furnishings to cozy beds—has been thoughtfully curated for an enchanting stay.

Kitchen:
Cook up a storm in our entirely equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, cutlery, wine glasses, dishes, and a touch of spices. Whether it’s a fast breakfast or a family dinner, you’ll have everything you need!

Pet-Friendly Backyard:
Your furry friends will adore our roomy, fenced backyard—ideal for playtime! There’s also an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs for family picnics or al fresco meals.
Note: Please wear shoes in the backyard—there may occasionally be bits of broken glass.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our home comfortably sleeps 7 guests with a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed spread across three bedrooms. All have blackout curtains! The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Workspace:
Need to catch up on emails or work? Savor the dedicated workspace, ideal for productivity.

Parking:
Parking is hassle-complimentary with two driveway spots and complimentary street parking. Just a friendly reminder to avoid blocking our neighbors’ driveways.

Throw trash away: Please use the green dumpsters supplied in the driveway.
Load dishwasher: Kindly place any dirty dishes into the dishwasher.
Additional request: If possible, please remove sheets from beds that were slept in and place them in the laundry area.

Overall:
Beach Sand: Please rinse off at beach showers before entering the home.

Cleanliness:
Clean up after yourself.
Recycle—bins are outside near the trash.

Energy Conservation:
Turn off lights, fans, and TV when leaving.
Keep the AC steady and avoid opening windows when AC or heat is on.
Run the dishwasher only when full or necessary.

Yard Safety:
Wear proper shoes and use bug spray in the yard.
Avoid cleaning fish in the home or backyard.

Guest Policy: Only listed guests are allowed in the home for safety.

Furnishings: Do not move furnishings around.

Owner’s Storage: Please don’t open closets labeled “Owner’s Storage” (secured with cameras).

Laundry: Always clear the lint trap before using the dryer to prevent fire hazards.
