Bring your dog and your boat to this comfortable waterfront home located right on the canal, complete with a brand-new floating dock for fishing and swimming. Cheeks of Tan features four bedrooms and two baths and faces the Intra-Coastal Waterway with handsome vistas. You'll have simple single-level living with a queen bed in the first bedroom, two singles in the second, and two additional queen bedrooms. You'll also have central heat and air, an ice maker, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a flatscreen cable TV, Roku streaming, and complimentary WiFi. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, a covered porch, a screened-in porch, an outside shower, and a boat dock with a sundeck.
