Well furnished, has a kitchenette, bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bath with shower, living room, couch bed, workspace, and private top floor balcony overlooking the cape fear river.

City Stage Theatre and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation.
