Property owners and guests will savor an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool and bathrooms. There is a golf cart parking area, making it simple to pack up all your beach essentials and enjoy a day in the sun!

This luxury property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation..
Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to (6) cars. There is a Private Pool, and Tiki bar equipped with a Intelligent TV, close by you will find an outdoor shower. This property is located on Jinks Creek, accepting for expansive water vistas from both floors! Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. This home is also equipped with two full size fridges. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor has a huge open living area with dining for up to 16 and a entirely supplied kitchen. This home is very cavernous and includes an elevator, making it handicap friendly.
For those who adore to grille this property includes a Pit Boss Pro Series Smoker as well as a Black Stone flat top propane grille. To make your stay feel more at home we have supplied a Keurig and a Drip coffee system. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 20th, and checking out on September 9th.

First Floor-
Room 1: King with private bath.
Room 2: Full, Full, private bath.
Room 3: Set of Twin Bunk Beds & Set of Full Bunk Beds. This room includes a jack & jill bath with a connecting door to the den.
The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.
Second Floor-
Room 4: King with private bath.
Room 5: King with jack & jill bath that connects to main living area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pre-approval is required for events under age 35.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
