Inverted floor plan featuring master king suite with hottub and walk-in shower on top floor in addition to an open living area with gas fireplace, dining area and a modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Second floor has two queen bedrooms with private baths. The fourth bedroom is a queen with a jack-and-jill bath with walk-in shower connecting to the "Kids Retreat" bedroom with a pyramid bunk set and a regular bunk set. This home is handicap friendly with an elevator, additional wide doors to all rooms, closets, and bathrooms. HVAC system is equipped with a Blue-Tube UV light that kills mold, bacteria and viruses continuously. Wireless internet, cable TV, laundry, charcoal grille, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, foot shower, porch rockers, and a picnic table. Beach access between 269 & 271 OBW.
