  • 6 Bathrooms
  • Private vacation home
  • Approximately 4200 square feet

Our striking piece of heaven is located in the exclusive, gated West-end community of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The fourth home from the end of the island, we are Ocean front AND Sound front. What really sets our beach home apart from other similar homes is location, location, location. The stretch of beach in front of our home is VERY private. No public beach access close by means you will have your own private beach area. No fighting the hordes! We don't have rows of condos or other beach homes behind us, all vying for a spot on the beach. No high rises to block your view. Truly the vistas from the multiple decks are spectacular as water surrounds 180 degrees. Add to this the pretty architecture of our roomy beach home and you will find this a vacation home that pleases everybody.
There are many other beach front homes, but very few are in our secluded area. If your idea of a beach vacation means a luxury home with your own private section of beach. Then you will not be disappointed!

Features a luxury reverse design in which the kitchen, dining area and familyroom spaces are located on the upper level -making the most of the spectacular vistas. The entire group can gather for meals with three dining tables in the kitchen area. Two fridges, two dishwashers, Wood floors, granite countertops, well supplied cooking silverware and dinnerware.
This level also features a full ocean side deck with rocking chairs and a roof covered teak table for outdoor dining...ideal for morning coffee and sunrise vistas. Family room with three couches, four chairs and HDTV, stereo, complimentary wifi. Powderroom. Library with entirely supplied array of kids's books and games plus plenty of reading for adults as well. A comfortable sunroom with couch, two chairs and TV...great spot for kids to read a book or play a game.
Oh and it gets better...up the stairs from the library is the third level crows nest with 360 degree striking vistas of the ocean and the intracoastal!
This level also has one single bedroom with queen bed and a double bedroom with two queen beds. Plus full bathroom with shower.
And on the sound side of the home, the 'sunset deck'... where the gang will adore to gather after dinner to watch the sky transform to vibrant hues of pink and orange as the sun drops slowly on another ideal beach day.

The first level features 2 double rooms with 2 queen beds, 1 single with queen, one bunk bed room with four singles, and a master with one king size bed. Mattress are brand new as of 2021. Each with their own full bathroom. Also a cavernous laundry with washer, dryer, iron and board.
The property has pillows and comforters on each bed. Blue Ribbon Linen service is supplied by our management company... beds made upon arrival and one bath towel set per guest. Since the linens and towels are technically not included by the owners but by our management company, there is a $300 separate charge for this service. Beach towels need to be supplied by guests. Paper goods, and soaps must be supplied by renters.

Your family will have a blast in the game room which offers complimentary pacman machine AND Golden Tee video games!
Then head out the door onto another full oceanfront deck with completely covered roof, rocking chairs and porch swing! This deck connects to the private walkway and gazebo leading you to the BEACH!
And a few steps down from the beach walkway is the tropical pool getaway! (Pool can be heated off season for a fee) The pool area includes lounge chairs, dining table with umbrella and an enclosed grilling area. There's even an outdoor enclosed shower!

Tricks and tips for getting the perfect Wilmington, NC rental home experience:

Sticking to a budget:

  • Summertime is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Wilmington, NC visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guides have deals for local accommodations and attractions.

Filter your rental search:

  • First, have your group decide on date ranges and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Oceanfront & Soundfront! Luxury Beachfront, Pool, Private Exclusive West End has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before reserving the rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • If there's an individual Wilmington, NC beach you crave, keep an eye out for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs might be applied to your contract.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Take a copy of the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your . Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • During arrival, make note of any issues with the property and immediately alert the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
