Great roomy and comfortable 1850 square foot home located in one of the most desired locations in Wilmington! Set between Wrightsville and Carolina beaches in the Myrtle Grove/Monkey Junction area. Quite secluded area within 5 mins. of anything you need! Wal-mart, lowes, groceries, resturants, you name it! 15 min. to Wrightsville, 10 mins. to Carolina Beach. 20 min. to Riverwalk! Ideal! Everything you need close by!
