Prepare your fresh catch in the full kitchen then serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for eight. This rental is only for the first level of a duplex. The upper level is not available to guests. The pool, dock, and exterior areas are considered shared spaces.

Dock details: 30 ft dock/ 18 ft metal ramp/ 20’ x 12’ floating dock with metal cleats and space to park a boat trailer at the home
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
