THE LOCATION
Sunset Beach is the ideal place to savor a calming family vacation! In addition to its main attraction, the handsome beach, Sunset Beach is proud to be the official stop on the North Carolina Birding Trail. There are plenty of areas for bird lovers to view the different species, including the pier. And if a game of golf is a must during your vacation, you will have your choice of many golf courses in the area. The home has charming vistas of the intercostal waterway and is located on the canal featuring a private fishing dock that you may tie your boat off to!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 4 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. This property features a private dock. Boat lift is not for guest use however guests are allowed to tie up on the dock. Owner's recommend boat's under 25 feet for painless access to the inter-coastal waterway.
The kitchen is entirely outfitted with everything you will need to appreciate a meal with a gorgeous view. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. This includes a washer and dryer on both floors for your convenience. The first floor has a roomy back deck with waterway vistas. The elevator goes to all levels making this property handicap friendly. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check-in process smooth!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all 7-nighttime stays checking in on May 20th, and checking out on September 9th.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay.
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach property.
Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
The boat lift shown in the photos is not for guest use. Guest's are allowed to tie their boat up to the dock. Owner's recommend boat's under 25 feet for easiest access to the inter-coastal waterway. Please be careful at low tide. Please do not park boat trailer in driveway this is against community rules. You may rent a space to park the trailer locally.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights.
