Searching for the ideal Ocean Isle Beach rental home entirely equipped with all the "bells and whistles"? Look no further! This is not your ordinary beach rental; it has the look and feel of "coming home" while offering the "salt life" appeal that will draw any beach lover right to it!

The Home
Let us start with the charming entryway with the arched portico displaying the impressive craftsmanship of solid wood! The front porch offers elegant white columns to provide a sense of elegance for that additional "curb appeal." As you enter the home through the grandiose entrance front door, with a casing of windows surrounding it to take in the sunrise from the east, you are welcomed by brand new, handsome LVF with a "driftwood" look and feel throughout the downstairs, crown molding, plantation shutters, and wainscoting to provide that additional touch of a comfortable home feeling.

The Kitchen
The kitchen, located by the main entrance, has bar seating for four at the granite countertop island and has all the modest appliances and silverware needed to make home cooked meals during your stay. There is a Keurig for coffee drinkers, a blender to make the ideal smoothies before heading to the beach, a toaster, baking dishes, plenty of pots & pans of various sizes, and even a crockpot to have painless, hot meals for the whole family.

The First Floor
The living room offers a wide-open space for family gatherings, white columns to continue the theme of elegance, and windows that highlight nightly sunsets to illuminate the home each nighttime while facing west on the backside of the home. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, including the first primary bedroom with a opulent king sized bed, beautiful canal vistas, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The Second Floor
There is brand new plush carpet on the second floor, which includes a second master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and a completely supplied game room. Challenge your friend to a game of foosball, air hockey, or billiards on the multi-game table. Kids can showcase their artistic flair at their own easel and table! There is even a desk for gamers and writers.

Outdoor Areas
Appreciate evenings on the top deck with beautiful vistas of striking Ocean Isle Beach sunsets, along with watching the annual Ocean Isle Beach July 4th fireworks display. Yes, book your stay for the 4th of July weekend to savor the fireworks display from the top deck! The outdoor storage area has pool toys, beach chairs, corn hole, bicycles and even a stand up paddle board you can use during your stay! This home has so much to offer, including a private swimming pool, fenced yard, and landscaping with many beautiful tall palm trees that offer that island feel surrounding the home. The dock is an getaway away from the "hustle and bustle" of the beaches; appreciate your own space on the island in the sizable backyard!

Location
While staying in Ocean Isle Beach, you can enjoy a day trip to Bald Head Island, a lazy beach day at Bird Island, lunch, or dinner in Calabash, head to Myrtle Beach to hit a tiki bar or head to Jenks Creek and watch the sunset over the water! As the sun sets from the West, kick back on the covered porch, and enjoy the light show; the sun hits the back porch, making it a ideal spot for that afternoon nap. If the wind blows exactly right, you can hear the waves breaking on the beach! Leland Street is a beach access road and the beach is a 5-min. walk from the home!

This home offers so much for enormous family gatherings; do not miss out on this one-of-a-kind canal home!

Wilmington, NC vacation rental tips and tricks:

When to book a Wilmington, NC rental & When to go:

  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wilmington, NC area. To get the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Often, management companies supply Wilmington, NC area visitor guide magazines which include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Wilmington, NC visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Make a plan and choose the best Wilmington, NC rental:

  • First, have your group decide on a vacation week and a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration your family needs. Never Say Never, Private Pool, Boat Dock has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the host before reserving the rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out what is suitable for your family.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs applied to your agreement.
  • Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .

Advice for your stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Save the instructions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of problems.
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • To make sure damages are not linked to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon check in. Get in touch with the host immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
