The location is ideal for a peaceful escape, but you are just a short walk or bicycle ride to all that the area has to offer. The property is also conveniently located next to the Island Greenway, a walking/cycling trail that leads to Mike Chappell park which has tennis and pickleball courts, a skatepark, basketball courts, playground and sports fields. On Saturdays, take a short walk to Carolina Beach Lake for the local farmer's market or watch the fireworks from the deck on Thursday nights through Labor Day.
