This impressive canal front home is complete with a boat dock (boat lift not available for visitors use). Appreciate spectacular vistas from the multiple decks and sitting areas on both the front and back sides of the home.

"Hawk's Nest" offers an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, with additional sitting space in the living room area. (Gas fireplace is not available for visitors use). You will adore the modern cabinets, counter tops and lighting in the refreshed kitchen. On this first level you will discover 2 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, TV, street view, and shares the full hall bathroom (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, TV, canal view, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the hallway (tub/shower combo). On the second level is where you will discover 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom #3 has 2 T/T Bunk Beds (sleeps 4), street side view with a private balcony, and shares a full hall bathroom with bedroom #4 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, canal view with a private balcony, and shares a full hall bathroom with bedroom #3 (tub/shower combo).

Come with the dog with you! This pet friendly home accepts up to 2 dogs, with a total combined weight of 50 pounds. Savor some surf fishing, searching for your favorite sea shells, swimming in the sea, or take a walk on the beach and watch the most glorious Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets. You will appreciate the straighforward public beach access just at the end of the street, roughly 700 feet from the home. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Come with the boat and cruise the Intracoastal Waterway or sea. After your day at sea, bring home the new fish to prepare on the charcoal grille, and savor outdoor dining, canal front! Pack up the boat, bring the dog, and let the holiday begin!
