The open floor plan is ideal for families looking for a beach hideaway. Updated granite counters and appliances make preparing meals here a wind! Appreciate vistas of the sea while spending time with family and friends.

The condo is all on the top level and includes one King master bedroom with a private bathroom. One Twin bedroom and a third Queen bedroom. All three bedrooms include flat screen intelligent TVs with cable, Netflix, and other streaming options. The second bathroom and laundry closet are located off of the hallway. The ground level includes a garage with storage space for beach chairs and bicycles.

**Construction is taking place next door Monday thru Saturday. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times.**

PROVIDED: WIFI, cleaning, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/price of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, new linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your appreciation.

*Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 dogs and cats are allowed. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after renting. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your renting if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
