Oceanview getaway in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and just steps to the beach!!

This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath Wrightsville Beach ocean view duplex is the ideal place for gathering family and friends together. Appreciate morning coffee or evening beverages while calming on one of the two covered decks. The cavernous open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space and offers access to a roomy covered deck with plenty of seating and ocean vistas.

An open floor plan on the top level includes the living room with flat screen TV, stereo system, and access to covered deck. Dining area offers seating for 6-7 and the refreshed kitchen offers seating for 4 more at the bar. One Queen bedroom, a full shared bathroom and a laundry closet complete this level.

The Middle level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite includes a king sized bed, private bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub, and access to a private deck-the ideal spot to relax after a long day at the beach! A second bedroom with a king sized bed and the third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed complete the second floor along with a shared full bathroom off the hallway.

Ground level includes garage with Ping Pong table, and plenty of space for beach equipment and amenities. Out back of the garage is a private, enclosed outdoor shower and fenced in yard. Parking for 3-4 cars (depending on size).

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.
