Pirate's Landing is the unit you are looking for! This duplex has everything you could need; pet friendly, ocean vistas, and garage parking!

Enter the first floor from the garage or front door, and proceed to the 2nd floor to find the first 3 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and access to the 2nd floor ocean view balcony. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a modest balcony. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle, great for kids! The queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a full bathroom in the hall way, complete with a tub/shower combo.

Continue upstairs to find the main living space and final bedroom. The bedroom is at the back of the home with a queen bed and a modest balcony. There is a full bathroom off the hallway for this queen bedroom. The living space is a great open concept with the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, refreshed counter tops and cabinets, and is supplied with all the equipment you need to prepare a family meal in! There is also a bar area with seating for 3. The dining room table seats 6-8, depending how many you fit on the benches on either side. The living room is great for family nighttime, with access to the ocean view balcony to sit out and savor together or do movie nighttime on the couches and chairs and flat screen TV!

All of this comes with a garage and driveway parking to accommodate 3-4 cars depending on size, and fast access to the beach as you're on a public beach access road! Don't wait to book, someone else will!
