Redwood Villa blends modern appeal with coastal serenity. A brand new duplex w/ 4 KING BEDS, Redwood Villa is a really unique home. Adding to the appeal is a short, 3-block walk to the beach! After a day on the beach, wind down in our modern living space while streaming Disney+ on an 82 inch TV! Most of all, all bedrooms come with a king-sized bed and 55-65 inch TV's!   Grab a few drinks and lounge on either of our two decks as you appreciate the cool ocean breeze with impressive vistas.  
This property has a private condo on the ground floor with 1 King bed and 1 queen pull out couch, a full bath and a full kitchen. Three more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor each with a king bed. The home has a total of 4 King beds and 1 sleeper couch that can comfortably sleep 10 adults. Two additional bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom can attractively sleep 2 more kids for a total of 12 people. A second bigger kitchen and living space are on the 3rd floor. There is an outdoor shower and decks on both the 3rd and 4th floors. Entrance is on ground level. 
Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi. Password and access supplied at check-in. Streaming video services including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN+ are included on all TV’s.
Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens and pillows included.  Plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories included. Infant gates and Pack 'N Playcan be supplied on request. Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and spices will be supplied.  We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run.  Finally, a propane grille is available but guests will need to purchase propane tank.
GOLF CART on premises for use with additional charge if interested! Golf carts can be driven on the whole island besides Dow Road. Driver and all passengers must wear seat belts. A golf cart is available for rental on-site for $55 day for your stay, if you’re interested. Driver of golf cart must be 25 years or older. Driver must provide a copy of driver's license and sign a golf cart use disclosure prior to using the golf cart.  
Carolina beach has so much to offer! House sits a few blocks from the Ocean Grille Tiki Bar and 1/2 mile from Carolina Beach boardwalk with fun bars, roof top eateries and live music. The famed Britts donuts is a must-see but be ready to wait in line! The greenway is only a few blocks from the home and ends at a park with pickle ball, tennis, skatepark, dog park and basketball courts. (Watch for the alligator that lives in the pond!). Good Hops is a cute little brewery with complimentary disc golf. Want to rent a boat? Visit Carolina Beach Yacht Club where you can rent a pontoon for a half or full day and head to all the local beaches including the Masonboro Island Reserve where you can spot plenty of wildlife, jellyfish and seabirds. Carolina beach has it all and is only about 15 miles into Wilmington and Wrightsville beach, if you wish for a change of scenery for a day!  
Note: Private events are allowed but this will need to be disclosed prior to booking.  Private events will require a chaperone who will be supplied by the host for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to booking if you have any questions!

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.
