Let your cares drift away on the giant deck of this second floor condo on Carolina Beach next to Freeman Park! Parking is a premium on the island, during summer months and you get 3 dedicated spots one of which is a garage! We are new owners and have freshly painted and modernized this unit. Being on the second floor is great as you don't have too many steps and get impressive vistas from nearly every room in this condo. It also means a covered deck to savor the ocean breezes and get outta the sun. Queen bed in master lets you awaken refreshed looking at the ocean from your bed. The other bedrooms have queen sized beds as well. The dining / living area is big enough to add an air bed if needed. There is always something to do in Carolina beach. Great eateries, bars, carnival in summer for kids. Only 30 mins. from downtown Wilmington and many more attractions; yet the beach stays cozy and calming. Units Memorial Day thru the end of August are weekly only. Rental will include sheets, pillow cases, bathing towels, beach towels and dish towels.
Cleaning/linen fee is $140. No family pets allowed. 8 people max. Cable tv in living room and back bedroom, other tvs have dvd players. Nicely supplied kitchen! Great place for families!
