Equipped with a Intelligent LED flat screen TV, plenty of seating and a completely supplied kitchen, it will surely meet your family's needs. The Sandbox also features bespoke countertops, brand new bathrooms, fresh paint throughout, a entirely fenced yard, and off-street parking. The master suite has a king bed and private full bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the 2nd full bath in the hall. There is a additional queen sleeper couch in the living room. Access to washer and dryer downstairs.
